Application for the Service is made on a yearly basis then payment must be pre-paid before service delivery is confirmed. Application for part time travel or by term can only be considered if once all annual applications have been processed and space permitting.
FARE STRUCTURE1. Fares are reviewed annually by the company.
2. Travelling AM or PM only for a period, may be available at the company’s discretion, to trial service.
3. Payment can be by Credit/Debit card, cash, cheque or standing order.
SERVICE CONTINUATION
1. Premier reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw any or all of its services after giving reasonable notice.
2. All student passengers must wear seat belt in transit
3. All students to follow safety instructions of the adults on board.
4. Premier reserves the right to refuse travel or permanently ban passengers for serious mis-conduct or consistent incidents of behaviour that leads other passengers to suffer discomfort or abuse, from any route or all routes operated by the company. No refunds will be given in these circumstances. Therefore consistent incidents of disruptive behaviour will be met with three verbal warnings, three written warnings, one day bans with notice, if no improvement in behaviour is achieved a permanent ban will be placed on the child to ensure a positive environment. Premier will liase with parents and schools as necessary to resolve any behavioural issues.
5. By making this application you are giving Premier Connections Travel permission to record and hold images of your child’s behaviour during transit, these images are deleted every seven days if no incident is reported.
