• PSV Licence Essential
• Experience of Private Hire’s Useful
• Ability to pass and hold a CRB check Essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ops dept
• Ability to understand and apply latest  industry regulations
• Drivers CPC useful however we will train if required
• Excellence in record keeping
• Ability to problem solve under pressure
• Knowledge of local area, UK and France useful dependant on role
• Ability to plan route and work with clients on variations required in transit
• Excellence in customer service skills
